本收集个人资料声明是根据 <<个人资源（私隠）条例>> （“该条例“）的规定向阁下提供有关三分半可能向阁下收集的个人资料的信息。

三分半在与阁下的业务往来中可能会不时收集阁下的个人资料。例如：阁下于三分半的网上商店认购产品或服务、在三分半的网站登记成为用户、参与或出席任何三分半的活动、查询关于产品或服务的数据、订阅三分半的定期通讯或简报。

三分半可能向阁下收集的个人资料包括阁下的姓名、通讯地址、联络电话号码、电邮地址、职业、职位，视乎收集目的而定。三分半会在收集个人资料的表格上注明阁下必须提供的数据为何。如阁下未能提供必须的数据，三分半可能无法向阁下提供与该等数据有关的产品、服务或信息。

 

使用个人资料

三分半收集的个人资料可能有以下用途：

• a．处理阁下向三分半认购产品的订单；
• b．处理阁下的登记或认购三分半服务的订单；
• c．在阁下取览三分半网站非公众区的内容或参与三分半活动的时候核实阁下的身份或在阁下参与三分半举办的活动时使用相关数据；
• d．进行研究及客户调查；
• e．处理阁下加入成为三分半会员的申请；管理、运作及维持三分半会员部；提供关于三分半活动和优惠的信息；
• f．收费及追讨欠款；
• g．处理阁下的建议、查询及投诉；
• h．与阁下的一般沟通；
• i．在不抵触该条例的情况下向阁下直接促销三分半的产品及服务。

 

转移个人资料

三分半持有阁下的个人资料会被保密，但三分半可能把阁下的个人资料转交三分半委任代其处理个人资料的数据处理者（例如：印刷商、制作公司或邮递服务商），惟数据处理者会受保密责任约束。

 

查阅及更改已收集资料之权利

阁下有权查阅及更改合下向三分半提供的个人资料。如阁下希望行使上述权利，请以电邮方式 （电邮地址：fans@3fenban.com) 联络三分半的数据保护主任。

 

三分半可以不时对本声明作出修订。本声明的中、英文版本如有歧异，一概以英文版本为准。

Personal Information Collection Statement

This Personal Information Collection Statement gives you information 3fenban is required by the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (“the Ordinance”) to provide to you in relation to the personal data 3fenban may collect from you.

3fenban may collect your personal date from time to time in its dealing with you, for example, when you purchase products or services at 3fenban online store or elsewhere; register with 3fenban’s website; participate in or attend any activity of 3fenban; make product or service enquiry; or subscribe for newsletters or bulletins of 3fenban.

Depending on the purpose of the collection, the personal data 3fenban may collect from you includes your name, contact address, contact telephone number, email address, occupation, job position. 3fenban will indicate on the forms collecting the personal data from you which of the data requested on such form is mandatory. If you do not supply the mandatory date, 3fenban may not be able to supply the products, services or information in relation to which the data is collected.

 

Use of personal data

The personal data collected by 3fenban may be used by 3fenban for the following purposes:

• a．processing your orders for products of 3fenban;
• b．processing your registration or order for services of 3fenban;
• c．verifying your identity for access to private contents of 3fenban’s website or event of 3fenban or for participating in activities of 3fenban;
• d．research and customer survey;
• e．processing your application for membership of 3fenban; managing, operating and maintaing the membership of 3fenban; and providing you with information on the activities and benefits of 3fenban;
• f．billing and debt collection;
• g．dealing with your suggestion, enquiry and complaint;
• h．communicating with you generally;
• i．subject to the provisions of the Ordinance to direct market 3fenban’s products and services to you.

 

Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data held by 3fenban will be kept confidential but 3fenban may transfer your personal data to a data processor (e.g. printer, production house or providers of mailing services) engaged by 3fenban to process or handle personal data on its behalf, subject to a duty of confidentiality.

 

Rights of Access and Correction to Data Collected

You have a right to request access to, and to request correction of your personal data held by 3fenban. If you wish to exercise your rights, please contact 3fenban’s Data Protection Officer by email to fans@3fenban.com.

 

This Statement may be revised from time to time. If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of this Statement, the English version shall prevail.
